The rating reflects the Company’s disciplined operating strategy, prudent underwriting and historically conservative loss reserving philosophies and our ability to remain a long term insurance source for physicians and surgeons in Connecticut and Massachusetts. CMIC currently writes over 2,400 policies for physicians, dentists, podiatrists, chiropractors and other healthcare providers.
