CMIC Ambulatory Surgery Center Plan Provides New Option for Massachusetts’ Doctors
GLASTONBURY, CT – July 31, 2009 – CMIC, a leading doctor-owned medical malpractice insurer serving Connecticut and Massachusetts, today announced the launch of a professional liability policy for Massachusetts’ Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
The new offering is modeled after CMIC’s Connecticut policy launched

As part of the Ambulatory Surgery Center package, CMIC can place additional coverages with A rated admitted carriers for business property/liability, workers compensation, auto, EPL, D&O, E&O, Fiduciary Liability and ERISA Pension Bond Liability. The program is available through any CMIC affiliated broker.
